Hey Folks,
Have found some 4 piston brakes for my '67 Camaro Ragtop. The gentleman tells me that they came off a Camaro, but I'm not quite sure. Does anyone know what to look for? Thanks! Hank

Delco caliper casting #s 5455530 inner and 5455533 outer for the 67-8 camaro/nova calipers.
There are larger bore calipers that will fit (5456008/5455946) from an Abody or Firebird. If from an Abody, your camaro steering arm must be used.
Full size cars also used the 6008 big bore inner casting, but the outer was different to fit the different rotors. Most big cars except Impala had a 5-on-5 lug pattern, rather than 5-on-4.75, and none of the parts fit a camaro.
CamaroF,X, and Abody rotors measure 11" diameter and should be between .960" and 1.030" thick. The big car rotors I think were thicker, and/or larger diameter.

FYI,
Some wheels won't clear the four piston calipers, also they tend to leak so most need to be stainless steel sleeved. the pistons have the seals on them and they seal against the bores, most other calipers have seals in the bore that seal against a smooth crome plated piston which doesn't corrode as easily.
