660 is 68 69 muncie case, p= muncie 9= 69 h26= aug 26 B=M21
The 3969341 is the casting for 70 71 nova. I think late 69 Camaro. But the date H188 I think the last 8 is probably a 0 Check it again. that would line up with the tranny. Check the axle tube passenger side faceing forward for the stamped assembly date and gear code.

More likely H 18 9. A lot of the casting dates are very hard to distinquish 8 for 9. The 0 is usually pretty obvious. I have a 341 housing cast F 28 9 (or F 29 9, can't remember).

I had another look, it is hard to see because of the muffler but could well be H 189

Also the other number on the front of the axle tube ( pass side )

Is this a 09C 1969 Nor build date ? The dates are very close to mine .

BU = 3.73 with Posi 0829 = August 29th G= Detroit Gear and Axle. I = ?? E = Eaton Positraction
