Does anyone know if you can install a 68 evaporator core in a 67. I can only find listings for 68-69.

I don't know why it would be different..... If it is, I would think it would be fairly insignificant .

That's what i'm thinking also, but when I called Rick's First Gen they told me that the manufacture said it wouldn't work. I thought the a/c boxes where the same for 67-69. Has anyone installed the 68 core in a 67? Thanks

I had the same problem when looking for an evaporator core for my 67. After asking around, I eventually found someone who told me that only the early built cars used a different evaporator core and later built cars used the same as 68 and 69 and that my car being built in May (O5D) would use the same core as 68 and 69.
