What do the last 2 letters HB mean on the stamping on the engine block? thanks again!

If you're referring to the ones on the front of the passenger side deck, they mean 350 Cu In, 300HP, Standard Transmission. That's the code for an SS350 motor.

HB=350/300HP TH 350 transmission to be specific, you could also get an
HE=350/300HP w/ Powerglide

The above are correct if it is a 69 model year block in a 69 model year Camaro. HB had a few 327 uses in the 67-68 cars.

1967 HB 327 A.I.R. 275 4 full size/Camaro
1968 HB 327 H.D. clutch 275 4 full size
