I have a pair of 69 Camaro bucket seats. One has the back with springs in the foam the other has the springs in the seat back frame. My question is, are the frames the same as to where I can use the seat foams with the springs molded into the foam on both seat backs.

Dave, the frames are the same. My original frames had the punched out attachments for the springs, but the seat backs were the type with the spring molded in.

My drivers seat has the springs in the foam, and the passenger seat does not. The frames are the same. It's just the foams that are different.

Thanks! I think I'll buy the new foam with the springs and remove the springs that are in the one seat back.
