I have a 68 RS with A/C and my blower motor is barely turning. I know the motor is the problem, so I guess the fender has to come off. Here are my questions:

What do I have to remove to get the fender off? Does the hood need to come off? What about the headlight door mechanisms and cocktail shakers?

Should I replace the heater core while I am at it?

Anything else I should do?
