TOM BARKLEY Dec 21st, 05, 05:55 PM Way to go Jonesy! I'm glad some of us are on the right page with these optional steering wheels! johnnyr Dec 21st, 05, 06:53 PM I didn't think that they were but was told by one supplier that they were avaible as a option. Thanks & Merry Christmas to all z10kl Dec 21st, 05, 06:55 PM I guess that suplier was trying to sell you one. Shoulda asked him what the RPO code was. 69cama Dec 21st, 05, 08:49 PM The 3 spoke walnut wheel was the optional wheel for 67 & 68. They had the deeper offset with the ignition switch in the dash. The rosewood wheel was available for 69 with a shallow offset and the ignition switch in the column. I personally have never seen a documented comfort grip wheel on a Camaro. I would like to see real documentation it if it exists. I have seen reproduction paperwork with them listed. I have heard a lot of contoversy on the subject. They do look good on Camaro's however so why not use them. Just my 2 cents worth. |
