Actually that chrome looks a little wavy at the top edge there. I would send it back and have them rework it. :D :D :D
Just kidding. Maybe Brad74 could send you a picture of his car so he can get his wheels chromed. :clonk:

You should build it of stainless steel like the old Deloran car. Then you could polish it to a high luster.

Dubs, while you are here, I bought your car (but they put an SS hood on it). :)

In San Diego around 1982 I saw a Chromed 67 Camaro Vert. They guy that owned it worked at a place called Lemon Grove Plating (That's what I was told). I Know that for them to rechrome bumper for me that same year it cost me $150.00!! They said the entire body was dipped, then all the other parts were done and the car put back together. I never saw it again, maybe it's still around?

Toys R Us. It came in a 5-pack of 'classic musclecars'.

He, He!!

Old Henry himself made several polished stainless steel bodied cars years and years back there!

my brother showed me a article in his lowrider magazine yesterday. some new paint was created and it looks just like chrome! costs $250 a gal but hell a lot cheaper than the real stuff. something like they give you a 10oz bottle of chrome and another chemical. you can spray between 10sq ft - 30sq ft per gallon depending how thick of a coat you spray. it sounds good to me if it works.

here's the link the CHROME (http://alsacorp.com/chrome.htm)

It's made by the Alsa corp. It's great for hiding lightweight fiberglass bumpers on your sleeper. They say it can be applied to any surface.
