I am about to redo my rear suspesion and started doing some measureing and looking at all that needed replaced, well, It has air shocks on it and to clear the tires I need about 16-1/2" to 16-3/4" from the center of the wheel to the fender. I have no idea if this is higher or lower than stock. I would hate to order new springs and get rid of the air shocks and find that I now have a rub.

Little info on what I have now:
Mono springs
completely rotton bushings
rotton pad rubbers
Air shocks (no Idea how much they lift it cus I am afraid if I let the air out it may never go back up, thats my luck)
15" cragar wheels
L-60 Mickey Thompson tires (about 28"x10")
Lakewood slapper bars

Thanks all
EMC

P.S. MERRY Christmas!!!!!!

I used the JC Whitney three leaf replacement springs for 68-72 Nova in my car. Replaces the original mono leaf. http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/ItemBrowse/c-10101/s-10101/p-100000263464/mediaCode-ZX/appId-10255809/Pr-p_CATENTRY_ID:10000026346410255809 (nice spring and the price was right) and used all Energy Suspension poly bushings, Rides at 16 3/4 from center of axle to fender.

Thanks, do these fit in the mono spring pads with no modifications? any issues with pinon angle or anything? How do they compare with camaro ride height, and sprng rate?

Thanks again!

No pinion Issues, I had to make a (four)1/4 in steel plates to take up the slack from the bottom of the pearch to the shock plate. Check out the pics in my sig for how the ride hight looks.
