Hello!
Where's the right place=>
Between master cylinder and brake splitter or between splitter and rear?
I think I have to remove the original proportioning valve, isn't it?

In my 68, I removed the "spliter", instaled a "T" for the fronts and connected the adj. proportioning valve after the master cyl, on the rear's brake line.:thumbsup:

Since the splitter has a failure switch in it, it shouldn't go before the splitter because it reduces pressure. If the difference between front and rear pressure in an operational splitter is above it's failsafe amount (reported to be about 150-200psi difference) the brake failure light will come on.
It should go between splitter and rear.

I have mine plumbed right behind the splitter. I have a picture somewhere, if I find it I wil post it.
