What does the ash tray bracket mount to..there doesnt seem to be anything in the general vecinity to mount it too.thanks..{67 camaro)

2 screws go up into the ears, thru the bottom of the dash. The third goes up thru a hole in the top center of the ashtray opening. All three screws pass thu the dash and thread into the bracket.
