Apparently it is worth that to some people! That is why I like ebay, someones junk is another persons treasure and they will pay ALOT of money for it! Been there Done That (and have a tee-shirt also)!!!!!!

I would agree that this is an excellent site, but that offers little consolation to market prices of classic parts. Just check the parts for sale posts on TC and you will soon see that most prices are comparable to that of ePay!

In the past year I have taken full advantage of both buying and selling on ebay, and while spending about 15K on parts, I am sure that I have also sold my salvage parts for at least 7-8K which is a nice pickup. If it were gone tomorrow I would be very sad indeed!

I should have been more specific. That damper is the generic replacement for the original. Most people with a DZ engine would opt for the real thing, imho. Two years ago I did not know what I was looking at and have learned with the help from this website. I would think that NOS means just like the original. I too use eBay where the market sets the prices.
