: I was changing radiator and stripped cover panel bolts!!

the bolt heads ripped off when I tried to take em off..anybody know how to get them out now the three of them are still in the frame?

Have you tried soaking them overnight with penetrating oil, then trying to get ahold of them with Vise-grips?

there is not enough bolt to grab with vise grips...

You could try heat and an ezout, but you probably don't want to do that with the core support in the car. You're probably going to have to drill them out and retap the holes. Probably easiest to grind them flush in the back and drill them from there (unless there's enough sticking out the back to grab with vice grips).

Ezouts are little tap like tools with a tapered reverse thread. You drill a hole in the bolt, then use the ezout in it. Just don't break it off in there as you can't drill an ezout. Or you could just drill it out and install a bolt with a nut behind it. That's probably safer.
