Anyone know how to repair/replace the rubber seal on the flapper doors? The rubber is about the thickness of a bicycle tube so I was thinking of cutting one of those up, but I haven't figured out how to attach it.
New kick panels are ~$90 so I was hoping I could somehow repair these...
I got the cables moving again with wd40, but the doors seals are completely dryrotted.
Any ideas?

I checked our site sponser and couldn't find the kit. That's the only one I checked so far. I always check there first to support the site.
