My RS has SS emblems but I bought the real RalleySport emblems and still have them in a box. Here is all the info. the assembly manual has on location. I have no idea where some of the measurements are taken from. Maybe some other folks can comment.Good luck

Problem with the Assembly manual is that the reference lines do not relate to anything we know.

I made a pattern out of cardboard for my Camaro fender emblems and Yenko emblems, and taped them to fender. I had reference points from a couple of restored cars for the front-to-back and up-and-dowm eimensiions. I adjusted until I was happy with them.
If someone gives you these starting points you can take it from there.

I e-mailed you the pictures of the RS Emblem holes with measurements.
Sorry Unreal, I sent them to you by mistake. If you can post them they might be of some use to others as well.I cant figure out how to do it, and don't have time to try right now.

The schematic shows three holes in line with one end hole higher. The emblem has two pins lower than the other two pins. My e-mail to you shows the fenders drilled with 3 in line? Same as the schematic drawing. The emblem did fit, but I would make a template with the emblem and go with that. Kind of strange. The drawing would lead you to believe that there is a left and right emblem, but Rick's catalog shows the same part number for both? (I'll check my GM book)
I bought a template from Rick's first generation for my 302 hood emblem. When I installed my NOS 302 emblems, the center alignment pin on the emblem did not match the template. The alignment pin was too high on the template. I've learned to match the emblem with the template before drilling.
