Im ordering a new front windshield. I ordered the date coded windshield I need to know the Date that I need for that so I can get it ordered from the glass Company. Is that just per date of the car or is there something that i dont know?

I'd get the date from the rest of your glass, and use that as the date for the windshield.

Use the door glass dates for the windsheild.

I had talked to Rick's about getting a date coded windshield. They said to give them the date of the car, and the glass company will date the glass according to that.

But it's probably a good idea to base it on the original glass from the car. I'll probably do that, since the rest of the glass is original, and also have the original w/s.

Yea, just tell them what date is on the windshield you have.
