Bidders ID is not shown to protect them from the lowlife pondscum scammers.
Dumb A#$! How is he protecting bidders from people like himself? Or does he mean he can't see the ID either. :clonk:

Well, lets see if Ebay takes it down. We'll see what the policy is, I just pointed it out to Ebay.

Dated 9 L 25 for Nov 25th 1969. Not sure what it goes to originally but good numbers for a restamp. " or even a BEtter one is #
8029743384 ,,it says "1111150 dated 6 D 27. These numbers are very easily restamped into the 1111480 for the 69 Z/28 by a professional. Originally correct for 66 283 Impalas and some 327 's. " what a guy..

Are those really fake rivet heads, made to look like correctly installed pop rivets? They look like 'lee press on fingernails'

69Z11Pacer, how are they easily identified? I have heard of this but had no idea is was this easy for someone to get a fake tag. If we are looking at a restored car, what are the signals that the tag is fake?

Fake trim tags...misrepresentations....scam buyers and sellers.... I'm wondering just how much longer Ebay will give car auctions before they pull the plug on them for good!

What a dirtbag. Yes, its obviously a trimtags.com tag, which by the way is $225 from them, and the bidding on this one is up to $256 :clonk: And the question was raised of how to tell its a fake trimtags.com tag... just go to their website and look at a picture of one of their tags. Bingo... identical.
