Just reinstalled wiper transmission after having the car painted, the movement seems limited and the arm which connects to the motor seems to not be at the right angle, I had it out several times and can't seem to get it right, what postion should the motors arm be in, oclock postion that is. This should be straight foward but the movement is limited in the transmission and don't what the deal is. Any suggestions, thanks SS

This may sound silly but, a while back someone was having the same problem. If you took the (wiper) transmission out of the car, I assume that you used new screws to hold the assembly. If you did indeed use new screws, you may have to cut them shorter. I had the same problem and the assembly turned about half way and stops b/c it was hitting the threads of the screws. Check it out and good luck.

think I figured it out, the arm that goes to the motor should it come from the passenger side?

I have the cowl panel off on mine. The linkage from the motor connects to the passenger side.
