1-If you ordered your car in 1969 and wanted a vinyl top, was there a RPO number for those? if so what are the numbers and how much? I dont see them on the CRG site or in the Assy. man.
2-How were the differant interiors to be ordered? Use black for this example.
711-Standard (came standard ?) how did a person go about getting 712-Deluxe or 713-Houndstooth? And what were the cost differances?

Vinyl top RPO C08 cost 70 bucks.

At the top of the 69 order form was a group of boxes for picking your interior color, you just selected the color and other features that you wanted. One row of boxes was for the standard interior colors, the other was for the deluxe interior colors. The color of the interior and the trim code was provided in each of those boxes.

To get a houndstooth interior, you had to order RPO Z87 Deluxe interior and had to have a coupe. The pacecars are the only exception to that rule. RPO Z87 was a 105 dollar option.

"Exterior colors" were handled by two boxes on the dealer order form; one for "lower paint color code" the other for "upper color code" meaning paint, vinyl roof or convertible top color. If the customer desired a black vinyl roof cover 'BB' would be written in the upper color code box. The vinyl roof cover was RPO C08 priced at $84.30.

Interior choices were also displayed on the form via chart. Columns were headed by color, rows were: coupe/convert with standard interior, coupe/convert with custom interior, coupe only with custom interior. The latter was for houndstooth. Except for Z11 houndtooth was not available on convertibles. The number corresponding to the interior choice was to be circled. If you wanted black standard 711 would be circled, 713 for black houndstooth, etc. Custom interiors were RPO Z87 priced at $110.60.
