I have a 69 Camaro in need of a fresh set of springs. My problem is that I don't know if my car is lowered are not. I want to keep the same ride height but I don't know if I should get stock height springs or the 2" drop springs. If you want to see the car, a picture is posted on my profile.

It appears to be lower that stock height.
The Factory Assembly Manual and I think the Chassis Manual will tell you what the stock heights are and what points to measure from.

I'm thinking your car looks very close to stock height, maybe just a little higher in the back. I base that on pic's I have of my car before putting hotchkis 2" drop in front and 1 1/2" drop in the back. Mine sat a bit lower in the back so there was no rake in the stance.
This link has a good bit of info and I think it explains why when we replace with stock spring our '69s don't always sit the way we want. The quote in Ed's post is the important read. http://www.camaros.net/forums/showthread.php?t=71299&highlight=leaf+springs
If you put drop springs on your car it will sit more like the pic of my car in my profile which may not be what you want.
