The vin lines up just fine with the build date listed on the tag. I'd say it is original to the car.

Bobrancharo have you (or can you) post any other numbers from this car for the folks at CRG? Trans, motor & rear end stampings?

I have the original 12 bolt with the traction bar bracket welded to it and the plate in the right rear floor, If I keep it I am going to aquire a traction bar and bracket to install back to original.
Rear end #'s are QK0104G E

3:31 eaton posi
NO motor or trans and needs all new sheet metal in the rear and rear floors.
I'll post pics later, going to eat.

Does it still have it's bench seat?

bobrancharo

Yep, I have the bench seat and I think I like it better than the buckets.
I'm missing the rear seat(bottom), The A/C box with the fan on firewall ect...

I'm still trying to decide if I should keep it and spend the 15-20K on it or sell it,
What would you do???????

Here are some pics of the car

With that date, there's the chance that the brackets were installed, but no radius rod was installed.
