Well it seems in process of cleaning up my dart heads i managed to go through into an oil return. Now my question is what is the best way to fix this problem and if any knows is there only one way or is there options to fixing it.

thanks for any advise

kel,
When you say "cleaning up" do you mean porting ? If so and you went through a port wall, there are epoxies that will work to repair it. Manley has them among others. If its an exhaust port, I would be kind of hesitant to use it, but it's done on intakes all the time.

You can have it welded up or maybe epoxy. I`ve never had to repair any heads so I can`t help much.

Another option is to press a tube in the hole. It's commonly done when the port wall is too thin near a push rod.

Next thing to consider is how thin are the other passages. If it is too thin near a water jacket it could open up. To keep your motor out of a hydro lock situation I suggest getting the heads sonic checked.
