Can anyone tell me if a 77 primary jet will give more fuel then a 71 jet.And which jets are suppose to be used on 68 350 with 295 hp 4sp

A 77 will be richer than a 71. Most Q-jets use a jet in the low 70's with a rod that's about .030" smaller, like a .073 jet and a .043 rod. Here's an article on setting up a Q-jet:
