I think I have the wrong shackles on the back of my 67 it has had a multi leaf and 8.5 diff put in it before I got it and it seems that these shackles are to long and have the car to high because there was some damage done to the back lip of the car under the bumper where the shackles had over extended at some time. can anyone tell me what the true distance should be from blolt hole to bolt hole on the shackles so I tell for sure if these are the wrong shackles.
