In addition, if there any changes I must do it can any one guide me pleas.

I want to have powerful streetcar for daily use

Last dayno result was 300hp in the rear wheal 305 torque

I want to reach more than 400hp+ with natural aspirated.

Guday Mate! Bigger is better in displacement, so a longer stroke and bigger bore cylinder liners/pistons is your ticket to more torque and power on the street (more so than any other mod). Remember a cam swap often requires a tune up to your computer, which is another source of power if you know how or know someone who does. bigger displacement cam, heads and associated throttle body manifold, injectors and fuel supply can have you looking for traction.

Start out small with the AFR heads, go with the CNC variety. As the head air flow goes up you must correspondingly modify your manifold, and throttle body to get that air in. More air needs more gas, means bigger injectors. To get the gas to the injectors you need to modify the pressure regulator. If the pump can not supply needed volume at required pressure then you replace pump and ultimately the fuel lines.

I would save the cam change till last unless you are going with the GM Hot cam designed for your existing set up. It will add an additional 20 RWHP without having to modify your computer.

With an ls1 it is VERY easy to squeeze 400 to the wheels without surgerey, i would suggest strictly for the bang for your buck, dart 205 heads futral fms13 cam ls6 intake (anything after 01 should have it but im not sure about down under) and long tubes with a full exhaust, and probably a new intake (not sure how the intake is ducted on them either) that should put you very well above the 400 mark without having to put in bigger fuel lines pump or injectors. Also remember you WILL have to upgrade the clutch when you are doing this, as well as take it to a professional tuner to get all the potential out of those parts.

You'll want a streetable cam, a good torque one is the TTR 222/224 cam,
1 3/4" longtube headers, LS6 intake, ported TB, maybe an ASP pulley, and you'll easily have 400rwhp and about equal torque. Radical heads and cam packages with full boltons net up to about 450rwhp.. check out the site.
