A 91 Camaro is about to fall in my lap that I would like to drive on the street but I'd also like some grunt. The problem is we have emissions testing including a confirmation of a catylic converter and a tail pipe sniffer. I admit to not being the sharpest knife in the drawer when it comes to emissions motors and would like any suggestions anyone might have.
A 350 or 400 short block will probably be the direction I take. Any help?
