I'm changing my front Power drum brakes to Power disk brakes on my 1969 Camaro. For these disk brakes to function corectly do I need to change the brake booster and master cylinder? I believe I'm correct in saying the drum brake and disk brake boosters and master cylinders are differren't? Do I have to change the proportioning valve as well? Is the pedal rod going to be a different length?
My plan was to go to the local parts store and get a booster and master cylinder of the shelf. Any problem with that?
