I ordered a pitman arm from Classic quite a while ago. I just now am getting the front end back together, and I noticed something. The new pitman arm is just about 1/2 an inch longer than the one that is on there now. Is this something I need to worry about, or can the other parts be adjusted to compensate for the added length? This is on a 67 with power steering.

don't worry about it. it is probably a compromise part that splits the difference between a long arm and a short arm. the only real effect will be a change in steering ratio.

You are in luck. Your steering will have a slightly faster ratio. And that's a good thing.

The replacement MOOG/TRW arms are the long type with no grease zerk. It will work fine.
