Restoring a 67 camaro and want to take the body and frame down to bare metal. What is the best way. I've heard of media blasting. Is this the same as sand blasting. Advantages/Disadvantages? Thanks.

I would suggest doing a search on the topic of media blasting, dipping, stripping, sandblasting or anything else you can think of and if you don't find your answer then Try asking again.

I like media over sand, it doesnt destroy your sheet metal. The biggest draw back to both is it takes forever to get it out of your car. And even a bigger draw back to sand is the you need to use an epoxy over the bare steel due to the pits that the sand leaves(its nice to use it either way).
