Can anyone tell me the exact location of the lower windshield support clips on my 67 coupe. I did a search and found the trim clip location but not the support location. Thanks....

They may be called setting blocks. They are L shaped brackets.They are listed in the parts catalog as "Windshield Support Brackets" Thanks..... Toby Keen Oct 30th, 01, 11:27 PM sschuell, It sounds like the upper dash panel has been replaced. If so, you will probably have to use the windshield itself to get the proper location. It will take 3 people to do. The top of the windshield should have about 1/4" - 3/8" clearance from the front roof area at the lip where the windshield sets in the cavity. Having one person on either side of the car, holding the windshield in the proper position, you can then mark the location. They were installed at the factory to keep the windshield from sagging after it was first installed (the seal would sag allowing the windshield to drop) sschuell Oct 31st, 01, 02:13 AM Thanks for the reply.The dash has been replaced.
