A friend has an all original 69 307 plain jane coupe. He bought it from the original owner 3 years ago. It was purchased new by her from the local (Cormier) Chevy dealership. It is an original California car with original black and yellow plates and is in survivor shape with faded paint (probably a respray at some point). I'm not sure how much of the original documentation he has but assume some. Not much in options: just console and 307 auto. Very solid, only a slight bubble of rust at bottom of rear window. Someone just offered him $7k and he needs money so was thinking of selling but I told him that a no stories solid California car like his is probably worth more. Trouble is, it is not my cup of tea and I'm not sure how much. I realize that all this "what's it worth" questions are subjective and dependent upon market demands but what are the feelings out there? Is this a $7k car, a $10k car, or a $15k car?

Way more than $7000 if its truly a survivor and nothing changed inside or out except one repaint.. if rust isnt into wheel wells and trunk then at least $10k or more comes to mind. Some pics would help us give you a idea of what we think. Any chance you can get some digitals taken?

Agree with Click-man,..go on e-bay, and witness the junk that's selling for well into the five figures.

I bought a 69 307,Th350 a/c car last Jan 05 and paid $10K POP and window sticker were in the glove box. At the time, I got a great deal. Demand for 69's is greater now a year later.
