I have been going through the area under the rear qtr windows inside the interior panels and pulled out about an inch of junk. I am wondering if there are supposed to be holes where the water can drain out when it comes in from the qtr window. I did not see any after vacuuming. If there are holes, where should I look to find them??

The holes you refer to are 2 oval slots in the top of the rocker panel that forms the bottom of the rear quarter window area. They kind of go in sideways so if you don't have the window out you may need a mirror to see them. They drain into the rocker and there is a little rubber flap on the back of the inner rocker to let water out. Air comes down from the cowl to dry the whole thing out. Pretty neat idea really.
