Anyone have any luck swaping one of these in - if so was it worth the hassle?
I've got a T-10 now - want a tremec - but was curious if anyone has wrestle with one of these....

The overdrive unit is not very strong.They had alot of troublwith them.Get a TKO or Tremec.

Ditto, I have a few DN4+3's on the shelf and everyone has an issue with the OD unit. The 4 speed part is a Super T10 unit with the 2.88:1 first gear and will interchange with a Super T10.

But, save yourself some grief as Jim stated and get yourself a TKO.
