WHAT IS THE DIFFRENCE IN THE REAR AXLES OTHER THEN MULTI LEAF, FROM THE 67-69 REAR AXLES TO THE 70 12 BOLT. I HAVE A 70 CAMARO and trying to find a 12 bolt for my car. and does anyone have the right code or know what i am looking for to id it correctly

The '67 to '69 Camaro rear ends are 60 inches wide over all and the spring perches are 42 1/2 inches apart center to center. The '70 to '81 Camaro rear ends are 61 inches wide over all and the spring perches are 45 1/4 inches apart center to center. You might want to consider a new Moser 12 bolt. The '70 12 bolt is very hard to find because it was one year only. You also might consider the 8.5 10 bolt. It can be built very strong with the right parts.
