Is a 1330 pinion yoke from a 68-72 Corvete the same as a 12 bolt pinion yoke?

Can't say for sure. They both have a 1.625 pinion shaft and 30 splines, but I think I tried to use a Corvette yoke on a 12 bolt once and it didn't work. It's been a while, so I don't remember why.

Freddie, I did a little reseach and found that they both use the same pinion seal also. It seems that they should be they same.

Think you are looking for a 1310.

After a liitle more checking, Denny's Driveshafts says their 1330 12 bolt yoke will fit an older 68-72 Corvette rear end. I found a used 1330 pinion yoke from a 1970 vette, so I guess it'll fit my 12 bolt rear. I'll give it a try.

Let me know how it works. I tried a '79 Corvette yoke on a 12 bolt and it didn't fit. At least I think it was a Vette yoke. The guy might have brought me something else and just thought it was a Vette yoke.

Freddie, I'll let you know in a week or so.
Thanks for all your help on this and all the other sites you post on.

Freddie, I finally got around to replacing my original 1310 yoke with a 1330 yoke from a 68-72 corvette. Everything went together great.

Thanks!
