I need to remove the vent windows from my 67 to install new weatherstripping, i understand a complete removal is the only way to do this properly, i removed all the bolts/screws i could see...no luck...it was loose but would not come out

How about the nut on the very bottom? The door glass needs to be out of the track as well. Take the bottom of the ventwindow track tilt it toward the middle of the door. Take the top of the vent window an point it toward the front of the car...the stud on the bottom should pull out of the hole. Lift the frame about half way out and rotate it about 90 degrees and the bottom should come out.
Boy...that is tough to explain by typing!:)

You need to get the Fisher Body Manual for your car. It's been a while since I've worked on the vent window but, as I recall, it's MUCH easier with the side glass out.
