I will be converting my 67 S.B. to a B.B. soon and have to deal with swapping out the Heater Box. Question 1: Will the reproduction heater box cover the old S.B. heater core holes in the firewall? and if not, what is the best way to facilitate a factory looking appearance. Question #2: Is it necessary to pull the fender vs. pulling the inner fender well to swap the heater box, or am I not really gaining anything here?

The cover will not cover the small block holes..I have an original pad the covers the holes

Question 1: A small foam pad covers the small block holes.

Question 2: Yep...remove the fender and inner fender as one.
