The hinge holes are slotted. Patience and adjustments are the only answer. If you have to move the hood to one side or the other, simply push the hood in that direction and adjust the striker and latch assembly.

First off, make sure the cowl panel is screwed down tight and where it is suppose to be. You can move it a bit back and forth and "cheat" if you have to.
Next, align the rear of the hood with the cowl panel, then more to the fronts of the fenders. Sometimes you have to "rob peter to pay paul" and give up some of the perfect fit at the cowl to make the sides look right. In other words instead of having a perfect gap on one side and a poor gap on another make a "almost" perfect gap on both. This is only a last resort but you get the idea. If you have the cowl panel to hood gap right and the fronts of the fenders or hood to header panel are way off........you have a shifted sub frame or radiator support. SO you may have to move one or both over to correct the problem.
