I bought a nice set of original 68 deluxe panels that I thought should fit better than repro, but they are too tall. they rub the door sill on the bottom. Has anyone had this problem? they also seen to hit the door jam when closing the door.

what would happen if you loosen off the arm rest a bit ,tap up on the panel and in, and tighten the armrest again, does it happen with both of them????they should fit perfect being they are original you know?
