Got all or most of the rust that I can get to out. Can I use the POR15 in this area of the car? Or will I have problems getting the headliner to glue to it(por15),has anyone use it in this area? This POR15 is some mean stuff and I think it will stop rust and I'm trying to use it any where I can watch for rust. Any suggestion. Thank's and God Bless all. J&I 69

After it cures, I'd scuff it lightly with sandpaper to give it some tooth for the glue. Just make sure you clean the surface really well before gluing. I don't think you'll have any problems.
