I need some advice.

As of this past week I was ready to pull the trigger on buying a set of DSE mulit-leafs with the 2" drop for the mono to multi leaf conversion I plan to do this next month on one of my 69 Camaro's.

I see most people have the Hotchkis which seems better value for the money. I just happen to have some Summit Bucks to use which make it a better deal as well.

Hence my dilema. DSE advised that 2" drop would work best to maintain the current lowered ride height based on the digital photo I sent them. If Hotchkis comes in at 1.5" before settling how does the DSE do if anyone knows and where would a good place to get a lowering block if I go with Hotchkis and end up needing a set of lowering blocks?

Lastly, I see Summit carries the Competition version of the Hotchkis springs as well as the standard version. What is the differences between the std and comp versions.

Thanks

Larry

the difference is the comp version comes with everything you need to mount them....shackles bushings bolts ect....i think they sell for 372 thats what i have and love the height...the other version is just the springs

It goes without saying to buy everything as a kit.

Looks like the price difference in Summit is approx $100. I didn't use any of the shackles/bushings since I went with Global West for that stuff. I'll sell for $50 + shipping.
