is it ok to hook booster vac to a "t" along w/ PCV valve? or should i put it on the manifold?

I would put it in the manifold. Put the pcv into the base of carb.

It's always better to have it in the manifold rather than putting a tee and sharing the vacuum source.

Agree,..you probably don't want engine crude and toxic fumes in your booster.
