I was able to remove the Camaro emblem from the glove box door by prying it off. I painted the door, and now I am having problems getting it back on. Are there any tricks to getting this emblem back on? I notice there are clips that are attached to the emblem studs...do these need to come off to get this installed?

The clips should be inside the door, so when you put the emblem back on it just snaps in place.

so remove the clips from the emblem and push them in the holes, or do they go from the inside?
