Got a 327 today numbers are 18A137127 TO205EI intake #3919803 A18 date.Nasty Z28 says Chevelle or Elcamino.Which did it come from?

Could be either. Tonawanda Plant on Feb. 5th, the suffix EI is what gives the description, it's a 250HP 4brl that goes with a Powerglide tranny.

They probably told you all that already.

It's from a Chevelle. The "A" in the 18A137127 indicates the car was assembled in Atlanta, Georgia. For 1968, the Atlanta plant didn't build Elky's, only Chevelles.

The El Camino is a Chevelle model 13000 series. All codes that pertain to Chevelle also pertain to El Camino. Just that not all plants were charged with building them.
