Hello everyone I'm new to this, But i really enjoy learning from this site. I have a question on replacing my steering wheel. Do i need to use/buy a puller or is there another way? I'm just getting started on restoring my 69 Ive had for a few years. Learning every day! Thanks.

Yes you need a puller, rent one for FREE at your local Autozone or most other auto part stores will lend you one at no charge, just give them a $15 deposit and get your money back when you return it.

Yes....A Steering wheel puller is the best way to get the wheel off without damaging it. You could get one at your local auto parts store.
