Can someone help me decode 14 x 7 JJ and K 1 9 rally wheels. What would the date be and what is the application?

The JJ is just the rim size 14x7, K-1-9 is kelsey hayes romulus plant 1969 manufacture. You really need the application code and date stamp located next to the valve stem hole.
