I have a rust spot on my cars quarter panel about 2 inches round. This car is driven daily and I would like to stop it or slow the rusting through winter til spring when I can fix it before I paint the car. Are there any products that will work in outside temp of 65 degrees because I cant do it in a heated area.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Slap alittle POR15 on it till your ready. After you put on the POR15 put on alittle touch paint in your body color to make it less obvious.
P.S. Are you saying 65 is cold? Come up here for a while! At 65 it should dry fine maybe just alittle slower.

Its down to the 30s and mid 40s(if were lucky). The pennies from heaven started yesterday(just a tease tho). The cash should start rolling in again soon, then we find out who knows how to drive and who doesnt(yes, I know what you mean).

It is going to be in the high 60's here in NY through the weekend but it wont last. I ordered a starer kit from por15 which comes with cleaner, metel prep and por15 plus gloves and brushes which cost only $13.95. I will attempt to fix it this weekend.
