Im putting 83Z disc brakes on my 69 with a little massaging, and ya know the T-looking counter weight....what the heak is that thing for! Im thinking its a counter weight(obviously) but what Im getting at was I was thinking about cutting it off to make it a little easier on the eyes. I know its there for a reason, I was just wondering how good of a reason it is. if its strictly for the ebrake, I might trim it because I dont use it that much(4speed) althought I know Im going to use it some because of the brake valving going through it. thanks for the help guys!!!! ....again
