Can you guys take a look at this and please just confirm if this out put shaft is too shallow? Follow the link and you will see the heading "OutPutDepth" ... I had the same clutch fork/firewall clearence problem as some other guys, I pulled the tranny and noticed this thing looks very shallow. There are a few good "Guy Stuff" items posted there, but in the tranny shot you will be looking at the clutch fork off in the back and an orange level set accross the face of the scatter shield. Keep in mind you have to subtract the thickness of the block plate... Can this be right??... Thanks for any help or advice, unfortunately there is no P/N on this shield, I wish I could confirm this scatter shield also.... Is additional depth provided by the crank??.... Yes, the crank flange is above the bellhousing mounting surface.

The straight edge and the shallow grease mark on the tip of the shaft kinda' spooked me alittle.... I spook easy... Thanks...
