I have a 1967 camaro with front disc brakes and stock suspension. Will a225/60R15 tire on a 15"x8" wheel with 4.25" backspace fit on the front. I tried a 235/60R15 tire but its rubs slightly on the wheel well molding when I turn the steering wheel.

225/60/15 will fit, but it's a tad bit on the "slim" side, might look funny on an 8 inch rim, but it's worth a shot!
